Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our scheduling, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 72 hours before the scheduled event will incur no additional fees. Clients may choose to reschedule the session for a future date or receive a full refund of any fees paid. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of any fees paid. We regret that no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, clients may request special consideration for their cancellation or rescheduling. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any decisions will be made at the discretion of our management team. We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability while also respecting the time and resources invested in preparing for scheduled events.
